The Original Generation
The first Unilux vertical fan coil units installed in Canadian high-rises. Many Version A units are still found in older Toronto and GTA buildings built in the 1970s.
Retrofit available — upgrade to modern efficiency
Second Generation
A major redesign that became the backbone of Toronto condo HVAC throughout the 1980s. Many condos and hotels built during this era are now 30–45 years old and prime candidates for retrofit.
