3. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for installations and repairs will be provided in your service invoice or contract. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
