A Mississauga family of six finally solved their hot water shortage by replacing their 50-gallon tank with a Navien NPE-240A condensing tankless water heater and a recirculation pump.

The Challenge
With six people in the household, hot water constantly ran out. The family was constantly staggering showers, and their gas bills were high from heating such a large tank 24/7. The old tank also took up valuable closet space.
Our Solution
We installed a Navien NPE-240A condensing tankless water heater, paired with a hot water recirculation pump. This system heats water on-demand, providing unlimited hot water whenever needed, while consuming fuel only when water is being used.
The Results
The family now enjoys unlimited hot water without any restrictions. Gas consumption for water heating dropped 35%, saving money every month. The removal of the large tank freed up significant closet space for storage.
